Soba Ikkon in Ebisu, Tokyo, is a soba restaurant where you can enjoy our proud soba noodles, which pursue a smooth texture, and the elegant "soba mae" culture that has been passed down from Edo.
Appetizers that highlight seasonal ingredients, crafted by a soba restaurant rooted in Japanese cuisine. Enjoy dishes such as carefully prepared dashi-maki (rolled omelet with dashi), duck grilled on a ceramic plate, sashimi, tempura, hand-rolled sushi, grilled items, and colorful Japanese ingredients, followed by our specialty 80/20 soba noodles. Pair these with our selection of fine Japanese sake, tea-based cocktails, and sours.

Combining the charm of traditional soba restaurants with new elements, our cozy and casual Japanese-modern interior is perfect for a variety of occasions. Enjoy meals with family and friends, entertain colleagues from work, or host overseas guests.

At Soba Ikkon, we offer our special blend of 80/20 soba noodles. Our specialty large seiro soba comes with six different dipping sauces. Enjoy a variety of flavors including the classic duck broth, rich sesame, and beef sukiyaki with plenty of Kujo green onions.

For lunch, we offer a variety of set menus that can be enjoyed with our soba. You can also enjoy daytime drinks along with our soba mae menu.

In the evening, pair your drinks with our soba mae menu, sashimi, tempura, sushi, and various other dishes to add a touch of delight to your evening.
We also offer courses that showcase our proud dishes, making them perfect for dining occasions and entertaining guests.
